5.4.11 Fallen Archangel Michael An angel has come to me From the depths of oblivion! He has come to heal my wounds And by some wonder of God I have healed his. 5.4.11 Where is my Angel? An angel came to me He held my soul as he caressed and warmed it Lovingly He spoke to me healing words of kindness. I thanked him for his love then I turned my face away For fear of my newly-healed soul being broken again. An angel of light he may be But my trust is screwed away tightly inside me So i gathered my woes into myself And walked away. I felt his gaze burning into my back Yet could not turn to look Lest by looking I destroy him. I do not deny my destructive power So I must keep it in check Lest those I love perish at my hand. 10.3.11 The Joy I am Denied And so I've said goodbye to you again You handsome man who I can't pin down I am moving on psychologically Or else I will go mad- and not in a good way. I torment myself With wishes and dreams of having a partner One on an intellectual level as myself With a love of beautiful things as I have. You are such a person Yet you elude me. I cry on my own On my bed of silk laden with flowers Which no one will share with me I enjoy the beauty all alone in sadness, A melancholy, lonely, ironic joy- This is my solitary life. Your hand brushed mine as I moved to help you; When I slipped, you reached out to prevent my fall. You must harbour much sorrow, for you will not let me in Leaving me in darkness, crying. 3.1.11 Forest Warrior Now away from your presence I feel a sense of peace I will remember you, great warrior. Your long hair and full beard a striking red Your hazel eyes are gruff and piercing Your presence, mighty yet gentle Brings me peace and torment at once. Now I am away from you I feel a sense of peace Yet longing for your voice. Forests fill my soul as before This time laden with dense snow A bell tolls in my mind And animals howl in the wood. 2.1.11 Crush All Feeling When feelings of fondness begin to awaken I must squash them down and turn my face away When passion for a man creeps into my soul Pain and sorrow loom like a shadow.
